Kim has worked with the SBDC since 1993 and brings years of experience in human resources, marketing, and business ownership. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Berea College and a Masters degree in Business Education from Morehead State University. Kim is a Certified Business Advisor (CBA) from The University of Toledo, and she successfully completed the American Bankers Association’s Certificate in Business & Commercial Lending. She was recognized by KSBDC in 2000 as the Sutton Landry State Star and in 2008 with the Distinguished Staff Service Award at Morehead State University. The Ashland SBDC has been awarded the state's traveling trophy for exceeding it center goals, and Kim has been inducted into the Million Dollar Loan Club numerous times. Kim serves as vice president of a local non-profit organization, People Helping People, and oversees their annual college scholarship program. She married the love of her life, Steve, in June 2014. When not working, Kim enjoys traveling and playing board games with family and friends.

Amy joined the SBDC in November 2016. She brings years of experience ranging from event coordinator to loan originator, and she has operated her own commercial and residential cleaning company since 2000. She received a Bachelors degree in business administration from Morehead State University, and she is currently enrolled in MSU's MBA program. Amy gives back to her community through donations to the local non-profit Clean Start and involvement in her church. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her four grown children and her fur baby, Callie.
