Sam has worked with the Southeast SBDC since 2004. Prior to joining the KSBDC, Sam served as an officer in the United State Marine Corps, a territory manager for Mobil Oil and marketing representative for Exxon Mobil Oil Corporation. A graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College, Sam has a B.S. in behavioral science. In 2010 he was inducted into the KSBDC’s Million Dollar Loan Club, a distinction honoring KSBDC consultants who have assisted with more than $1 million in loans. He has his Export and Trade Counseling Certification from the U. S. Small Business Administration. Sam remains involved in his community, serving as commissioner for the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, commissioner for the Kentucky African American Heritage Commission and board member for the Tri-Cities Heritage Development Corporation. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys time with this granddaughter, gardening, refereeing basketball and playing golf.
Gabrielle has worked with the Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College SBDC since 2010. She has a B.S. in education and is a volunteer at the G.E.D. center in Knox County, Kentucky. Away from work, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her children.
